“Let me tell you one thing, film, which is in visual media, the public likes to see a beautiful face,” she said while discussing actors’ usage of cosmetic treatments at an event. They want to see beauty and glitz on film. Therefore, what is wrong with an actress or someone else wanting to look beautiful through cosmetic procedures or surgery? I believe it is alright.
Zeenat said, “This is the pressure of the digital era, the pressure of social media, because there is so much conversation, opinion, etc. that these ladies have to face daily, which was not the case in our days,” in response to a question concerning the demand on actresses today to look attractive. Thus, I suppose there is undoubtedly digital pressure.
