He reached his highest level at the Commonwealth Games, where he participated in four consecutive events (1994, 1998, 2002, and 2006). He earned 15 medals—nine gold, four silver, and two bronze—in those four editions.
In three different editions of the Asian games (1994, 1998, and 2006), he played for India. He earned eight medals for the nation in those outings, making him India’s most accomplished shooter.
